  1. How are the orders confirmed?

The customers’ needs to enter the verification code after placing an order, so that the orders are confirmed on spot.

  1. What If a customer forget to enter the verification code for order confirmation?

In that case, our customer support team will make three call attempts to the customer contact details for order confirmation.

  1. What are the benefits of ordering through an account?

You can subscribe to become part of our loyalty program.

  1. Can I modify the order?

Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed or confirmed.

  1. Can I exchange the article I ordered online on any outlet?

The orders made online can be sent back to online purchase within 7 days. Customers can also change the order with nearby outlet within 7 days, but showing original slip is compulsory otherwise no exchange will be entertained. Exchange product must be in its original condition with tags and other accomplishment. Washed or used material cannot be exchanged.

  1. What payments options do I have?

  1. IS COD available internationally?

In case of International Orders, only payment transfer and Pay Pak is accepted. Logistic charges also lie with client. Our delivery partner is FedEx worldwide.

  1. Can orders be gift wrapped or HINT shopping bag?

Not any gift wrap is used in particular, customer can gift any article to another person, whereas dedicated by will be mentioned as a original customer, but in this case payment shall be made through online payment transfer or Pay Pak facility.

  1. When will my order be delivered?

All of our products will be delivered in 2-5 working days, depending on your delivery location.

  1. Where do you deliver?

We ship across the country. For international customers, we deliver, US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, KSA and South Africa.

  1. Can I get custom-made clothes?

We have articles as Unstitched and RTW (full) Ready to wear articles, containing size charts. Hence our customers can avail those articles. The articles are not customize according to client demands.

  1. What are your store timings?

According to all mall and market timings.

  1. When is your new collection launching?

Our new launching is according to the season, events, and market trends. Every month we have new launches in different categories like Unstitched, Ready to wear, Formal, Festive commix, and MM.

  1. Why do you have limited stock in store?

Most of our articles are sold through our e-store. Our concept stores are guide stores or display centers where we put limited stocks. The designs are there for a touch-and-feel experience to give the customer an idea of what the product looks and feels like in real.

  1. What is your helpline contact number?

You can reach out to us on our helpline: 0305-1114468 (111-HINT).

  1. Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at check out.

  1. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Our delivery charges are PKR 200 per order, if the size of order is below PKR 5,000/-

Where in case if the order is above PKR 5,000/-, there will no delivery charges.

  1. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city, and area code, while placing an order, given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.

  1. Can an order be available for store pickup?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.

  1. Do you take orders over a phone call or through messenger?

Yes, you can place your order by calling us at 0305-1114468 and through messenger too.

Please ensure to provide the article number, color, and size of the products you wish to purchase.

  1. How do I Redeem a voucher/discount code on online purchase?

To redeem a discount code, go to your cart and type in discount code below Order in the shopping bag, apply discount and proceed to check out.

  1. What is GST?

GST or a Sales Tax is a tax placed on various products by the government of Pakistan.

The current rate is 12% for fabrics and 17% for non-fabrics.

  1. When will I receive my refund after order cancellation?

If payments made via Credit/Debit Card are processed, you will receive refund into the source Account within 10 days from the time of Order cancellation.

  1. What should I do if I have received a defected / wrong product or quantity?

You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at Order@hintonline.com.pk or calling us at 0305 1114468 within 72 hours of delivery.

  1. Who will bear the VAT and custom duties for international shipments?

All custom and VAT charges will be paid by the customers for all international orders, where applicable. (Further, we would like to inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities).

  1. 26. Do you restock the sold out articles online?

We do replenish articles on our e-store (online), unless they have sold out entirely. In this instance, we advise you to keep an eye on our web page or you may visit the nearest store to check availability.
