  • Why my order cancelled?

            - Sir, our inventory management is linked with the website once the order is confirm it cannot be cancelled unless your address given wrong and our logistics try to reach you but unable to do so.

            - Another reason that it may be due to some accidental incidence our logistic team unable to deliver because of defect in article or any misshapen.

  • I have received the wrong parcel in my order, what should I do?

            - Sir, Madam we will look after it, the matter will be resolve very soon may be in a day or two. We would be appreciate your patient. Further it would not cost you any logistic charges.

  • I had an ordered through online, but when I got my parcel its defected piece, what do to?

            - We regret for the incident happen, we will send you another article, (where in case if it out of stock tell them that article is out of stock will be obliged to have selection any another article {also assist them for another choice and selection.}. Article ko 7 days say ziada hogay hein tu koi change nahi hosakta its market and brand policy.

  • I had an ordered online but still never received a confirmation call or my parcel?

            - We couldn’t make a call due to some reason. You will receive confirmation call as soon as possible

  • I placed an order but haven’t seen any confirmation from your side, what’s the matter?

            - We have not received any order kindly make check out properly, also ask them k you will place order for them.

            - Kindly share your details would like to check it again and than let you inform, further our customer care will help you out to process your order.

  • I placed an ordered multiple times but my parcel is still pending? Why?

            - Because the article which you ordered is incomplete, etc. we will make sure that your order will dispatch as soon as possible.

  • I had an ordered through your website but there is an issue in this article, this is different as per your website is showing?

            - We regret, it might be some image color difference but let me give some time I will check and revert back to you.

  • I brought suit from your outlet but the color of this article is faded while I shrink the suit, so what do to?

            - If your article /suit’s color is faded, you can exchange your article, within seven day of the purchase but invoice is must to exchange the article. Further kindly check the wash of article is not exchangeable. (Stitched to Stitched / unstitched to stitched).

  • My order tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t received it?

            - Let me check the actual position and we will let you know. And after that make a query and give the actual position to client.

  • If client received defected piece from your brand?

            - If client received defected piece, brand will be exchange the article within 7 working days on client’s address, after the assurance that defect is not made by the customer side.

  • I purchased some article from your brand but the quality / stitching is not good, in that scenario what to do?

            - Mam our all articles and fabric is guaranteed, if you found any inconvenience we can exchange the article but it must follows the exchange policy.

  • How long does it take for me to get a refund? (In case, if article is defected, faded color, production issue etc.)

            - Brand has only policy of exchange there is not refund in any case.  

  • My order status says “Unfulfilled”. What does that mean?

            - It means, may be some information is missing into your cart. Your cart is filled incomplete.

  • Can I track my order?

            - Yes, you can track your order via your tracking ID / consignee number.

  • How do I change OR cancel my order?

            - Once your order is confirm on website it can not be cancelled or changed unless you can try to call at customer care having number 0304-111-HINT (4468) and if they able to help out. Further on incase telephonic confirmation you can stop the process of your order given.

  • How do I return a parcel?

            - We regret as when the order is processed and dispatch it cannot be return.

  • If I buy a outfit, can you return the parcel if they have any issue?

            - As per logistic rules world wide and as per our local law all ecommerce parcels must be first paid and than allowed to open, incase you can pay first to the logistic/delivery man and take few minutes to check for defects, we can hold them for longer period, in case if you found any defect you can intimate them where they will guide you for the process.

  • Do you ship internationally?

            - Yes, We ship our articles across 8 countries – USA, UK, South Africa, Australia, Germany, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
